Warm-Up
10 minutesDynamic stretching and light drills to activate the body, improve mobility, and get into the footvolley mindset.
Skill Development
30 minutesCore training: ball control, positioning, movement patterns, technique, coordination, and footvolley-specific fundamentals.
Game / Scrimmage
20 minutesApply everything in fun competitive games and scrimmages with fellow players. This is where it all comes together.
Training varies each week with a mix of cardio, conditioning, technique, and game-based learning. No two classes are exactly alike.
